The afternoon briefing-roundtable is a key components of the approach to raise awareness, uncover insights, solve problems and learn from peers.
We select 8 to 10 individuals from a short interview and ask if they are interested in meeting/learning from peers to discuss topics/subjects associated with a theme in next generation leadership in oil & gas 4.0. Invitations are sent in order of priority.
The forum starts with short topic briefing followed by a facilitated round table discussion. Participants are requested to come with a professional challenge/problem/opportunity relating to the theme in next generation leadership in oil & gas 4.0. Participants discuss two topics/subjects, which is a blended session of discussion, learning, facilitation and problem solving.
On completion of the event participants relax, network, continue conversations and further develop relationships. An optional digital ‘Premium’ leadership package is available (white paper,
